Welcome. These terms govern your use of bankthedate.com (the "Site"), operated by Kasa Knight LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Bank the Date ("Bank the Date," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site describes a product we plan to launch in January 2027 and lets you join a waitlist. Everything on the Site is informational. Product descriptions, screens, figures, and timelines describe what we are building and may change before launch. Product screens shown are illustrative.

Not an offer of financial services

Bank the Date is a financial technology company, not a bank. Nothing on the Site is an offer of, or commitment to provide, banking services, credit, financing, or advances. Any future financial products will be subject to eligibility, separate agreements, and full disclosures before any funds move, and banking services and money movement would be provided through regulated partners. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your interest, not a spot, a price, or an outcome. It does not create an account, obligate us to offer you the product, or obligate you to use it. Information you submit must be accurate and yours to share, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site: no scraping or harvesting information about others, no attempting to probe or breach our systems or our providers' systems, no submitting other people's information without their permission, and no using the Site in a way that violates any law.

Our content

The Site and its content, including the Bank the Date name, wordmark, text, and designs, belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, revocable license to view the Site for personal and internal business purposes. Do not copy, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

Third-party services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bank the Date will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted here. Using the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
